The content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without written permission of Northern Exposure Rescue's Management Committee. Such requests should be made to the Secretary of Northern Exposure Rescue for consideration. (Such requests are normally granted provided we are credited as the source so please ask us before copying content from our website.)

Accuracy of information
All the information is presented on a “best endeavours” basis and is without any form of guarantee or warranty. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that result from any inaccuracies or omissions. If you become aware of any inaccuracy please let us know so we can correct any errors.

Use and disclosure of personal information
When you supply personal information to Northern Exposure Rescue we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that information. We use personal information to help the management committee to determine membership applications, dealing with complaints and for providing services and literature. We may disclose personal data to our consultants, agents and representatives to do these things on our behalf. We will only hold personal data on our systems for a strictly limited period of time. For the most part the time period will be set as a matter of internal policy and will be the minimum necessary for our use.

Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in that personal information corrected. Such requests should be made to the secretary in writing and they may incur a small administration charge.

Please note we are not responsible for the content of other websites reached through hyperlinks or banners as these are beyond our control.
